Frequently asked questions
How does the brand import work?
Paste your domain and we fetch the site, pull out the logo candidates, the dominant colours and the company name, then let you pick which mark to use. If you would rather skip that, upload an SVG or PNG directly.
What are the order minimums?
They vary by product and are shown on every tile. Apparel and desk items start at 12 units, drinkware and bags at 24 to 25. Sticker packs have no minimum.
How is pricing calculated?
Each product has volume breaks, so the unit price drops as quantity rises. The price you see is the lowest unit price available on that product. Order totals are always recalculated on the server at checkout from the published price list.
Can I change the artwork after it is placed?
Yes. Every product opens in the canvas editor where you can drag, resize, rotate and recolour any element, switch layout presets, change the garment colour and undo anything. Saved designs stay in your workspace to reopen or reorder.
What makes a logo print well?
A vector SVG is ideal because it stays sharp at any print size. For raster files, use a PNG with a transparent background at roughly 1000px or wider. The editor draws the print area for each product so you can see exactly where the artwork lands.
